TERMS:
For customers with approved credit we extend credit for 30 days. Late payments are subject to a 2% interest charge per month. All other orders must be prepaid until credit is established. We accept VISA/MASTERCARD/ AMERICAN EXPRESS.

LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Customers are responsible for protecting against loss or damage in shipment. Before signing a delivery receipt make sure you: (1) Check your shipment against the delivery to be sure you receive all cartons listed, (2) carefully inspect each carton for damage, (3) have the driver note any shortages or damages, even if slight, on the delivery receipt immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find damage: Do not destroy the carton. Call the carrier immediately, no later than 14 days after delivery, to avoid denial of your claim. Call Splashables Customer Service for assistance.

RETURNS:
We want you to be pleased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know. Call our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Authorization Number. No product may be returned without prior approval from Splashables within 30 days. Goods without prior authorization will be rejected. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returns from a customer’s ordering error.

SPECIFICATIONS:
We reserve the right to change specifications or named manufacturer. In all cases, merchandise shipped will be of equal or superior quality.
