Instructions for use: 

• While holding the cylindrical portion of the plug, insert the ear plug into the ear. Push into the ear canal and rotate until you feel a secure fit. As ear shapes vary, there is not a designated top or bottom orientation of the ear plug. When done swimming, pull on the cylindrical portion to remove the ear plug. Rinse in fresh water and store in the care box.
